Frequently asked questions.

  1. What is your venue’s Capacity?

Our zoning allows us to have 100 guests on site and any one time. If your event is over a period of hours or days, the maximum allowable guests at any one time is 100 people.

2. What is included within the rental fee?

Our base rental fee includes use of the entire 7.5 acres, nature trails and walking paths, parking, picnic tables, 4 banquet tables, 16 chairs, and restroom. We have optional services that include tent(s) up to full service including setup and clean up.

3. What is the backup plan for inclement weather?

We strongly encourage our hosts to rent a tent or multiple tents to ensure their guests are protected in the event of rain, wind, or sun. Although KK Woods has an expansive tree canopy providing ample shade, there are portions of the space that are unshaded.

4. What are the time restrictions for setup, event duration, and clean up?

We offer flexible options for our hosts to allow the day before and the day after their event for setup and clean up. Smaller events that are a few hours also have options to setup and cleanup after their event time.

5. Do you require specific vendors such as caterers, rental firms, planners, etc)?

We do not restrict our hosts to use specific vendors. We do have a list of partners we have worked with, but allow our hosts to select the vendor(s) that meet their needs.

6. Is parking available on site and is it included in the reservation?

Yes - We have parking on site and availability for up to 30 vehicles. The parking lot is gravel with delineated parking stalls and one ADA stall.
