Our venue has parking for 100 guests. We can accommodate more with shuttle service.

Hourly rental includes access to the full 7.5-acre property, nature trail, parking, picnic tables, parking, and on-site restroom. Day and Multi-Day rentals include 4 tables, 16 chairs, riser/platform (8’x12’), 30amp generator, and wedding ceremony arch. 20’x40’ tent available for rent.

We offer flexible options, including access the day before and after your event for setup and cleanup. Smaller, shorter events can set up and clean up around their reserved time.

No, we do not require you to use specific vendors. We do have a list of partners we have worked with, but allow you to select the vendor(s) that meet your needs.

We strongly encourage renting one or more tents to protect guests from rain, wind, or sun. While the property has a generous tree canopy, some areas are unshaded.

We offer a 1/3 mile nature path, plenty of natural tree canopy, multiple green spaces, 38 parking stalls, an on-site restroom, and ambient outdoor lighting.

Music must end by 10:00 pm Sunday–Thursday and 11:00 pm Friday–Saturday, with amplified sound not exceeding 60 dB at the property line. Beer and Wine may be consumed but not sold.

We strongly encourage our hosts to obtain liability insurance.

A $100 deposit is required to reserve your date.
Full payment is due 14 days before the event.
Cancellations 60 days prior to event.
If we cancel for any reason, you receive a full refund.

The venue is available year-round.
Drone use is restricted due to proximity to an airport.
Several hotels are located within five minutes.
