  • Our venue can accommodate up to 100 guests at any given time. With shuttle service we can accommodate more.

  • Your rental includes access to the full 7.5-acre property, nature trail, parking, picnic tables, four banquet tables, sixteen chairs, and on-site restroom. Optional services include tents and full setup/cleanup packages.

  • We offer flexible options, including access the day before and after your event for setup and cleanup. Smaller, shorter events can set up and clean up around their reserved time.

  • No, we do not require you to use specific vendors. We do have a list of partners we have worked with, but allow you to select the vendor(s) that meet your needs.

  • We strongly encourage renting one or more tents to protect guests from rain, wind, or sun. While the property has a generous tree canopy, some areas are unshaded.

  • We offer parking for up to 30 vehicles, an on-site restroom, ambient outdoor string lighting, and a 30-amp generator. Additional lighting or power needs may require extra equipment, which we can provide or you may bring.

  • Music must end by 10:00 pm Sunday–Thursday and 11:00 pm Friday–Saturday, with amplified sound not exceeding 60 dB at the property line. Alcohol may be consumed but not sold without a City of Pewaukee large gathering permit.

  • No special permits or security are needed for events under 100 guests when alcohol is only consumed. Larger events or those selling alcohol require a City of Pewaukee permit. We strongly encourage liability insurance.

    • A $100 deposit is required to reserve your date.

    • Full payment is due 14 days before the event.

    • Cancellations 45+ days out receive a full refund. If you cancel within 45 days of the event, the deposit becomes nonrefundable; within 14 days, the full rental fee is nonrefundable.

    • If we cancel for any reason, you receive a full refund.

    • The venue is available year-round.

    • Drone use is restricted due to proximity to an airport.

    • Several hotels are located within five minutes.
