All event rentals include access to our venue, on-site bathrooms, parking, and scenic walking trails.

We partner with trusted rental companies to assist with tables, chairs, linens and more—everything you need to make your day special. Our KK Woods team offers event coordination services as needed. 

Exclusive Rates

Available through October 2025

  • Fridays — $400 / night

  • Friday & Saturday — $650

  • Friday to Sunday — $850 for the weekend

  • Up to 100 guests

Weekday Rates

  • Rent by the Day — $200/day

    • Rate for Monday through Thursday

  • Rent by the Hour — $40/hour
